Product and quotation
Listings are sample references and do not constitute an offer to sell a specific quantity. Product specification, availability, price validity, MOQ, packaging, customization, payment, delivery and documents are confirmed in the written quotation and purchase confirmation.
Samples and approvals
Sample, artwork and specification approvals should identify the model and version. Changes after approval may affect cost, MOQ or timing and should be agreed in writing.
Quality claims and remedies
Inspection scope, notice timing, evidence and any remedy are governed by the confirmed purchase order and applicable contract. Confirm those terms before payment or production.
